Questions inspectors ask

Do you inspect houses?: No. Inspecta Home 360 is the software, not the inspector. You run the company. Clients book on your page.
Can I write the report on site?: Yes. The field writer follows a walk-order or SOP path. Capture photos, notes, and ratings while you are still in the house, then publish a PDF.
Can I hold the report until they pay and sign?: Yes. Agreements and invoices live in the client portal. You can hold the report until both are done.
Do you have InterNACHI or walk-order templates?: New workspaces get InterNACHI-style residential, a walk-order residential pack, plus 4-point, roof, and radon templates you can edit.
What if I am solo and then hire a second inspector?: Start on Solo (one seat). When the calendar fills, switch to Team or Scale for extra seats, office login, crew jobs, and integrations on the same tools. Extra seats are $25/mo on Team and Scale. AI copilot is $39/mo on Solo and Team, and included on Scale.
Do you charge per inspection?: No. Monthly seats only: Solo $79, Team $129, Scale $229. Extra seats are $25/mo on Team and Scale. AI copilot is $39/mo on Solo and Team. New workspaces get a 7-day trial of the plan they pick (card required; first charge after the trial unless you cancel). No per-job fee.
Where do I see revenue by inspector or agent?: Open Business → Analytics. It charts booked job fees by inspector, referring agent, and service for the date range you pick. That is not collected Stripe or PayPal cash, and it is not the client PDF.
How do clients book?: Each firm gets a website at /o/your-firm — look, layout, services, blog, and SEO you control. Clients can send an inspection request or pick a live estimate and an open slot. Connect a custom domain when you are ready.
Can I use my own domain?: Yes. Connect www.yourfirm.com under Website → Domain, point a CNAME at Inspecta Home 360, and prove ownership with a TXT record. Your site stays on /o/your-firm until DNS is active.
Do you integrate with Secure24, HomeBinder, RecallChek, or Zapier?: Yes. Team and Scale include an Integrations board: connect HomeBinder binders after a paid, signed, published report; push jobs to RecallChek; offer Secure24 from the client portal; and fire Zapier Catch Hooks (or create leads with an API key) so the rest of the office can run itself.
