Help / Field writing
Write the report on site
Follow a walk-order or SOP path. Voice and photos sink to the job from your phone, even if you lose signal.
Step 1
Open the inspection
Inspections lists jobs with a writer. Start with on-site intake (weather, occupancy, utilities), then walk each section. Scan Open on phone to capture with one hand.
Step 2
Speak and sink
Hold Voice to talk. The clip transcribes in the cloud onto this job, so a laptop writer sees it. No signal? Captures queue on the phone and sink when you are back online.
Step 3
Capture as you go
Add a finding, pull a narrative, flag safety / deficient / monitor, and attach photos. Skip a section you did not see.
Step 4
On a tablet
Inspecta Home 360 opens in tablet layout after you sign in on an iPad or similar device: a slim rail, bigger tap targets, and photos beside the finding so the comment stays visible. Switch back under Account → Use desktop layout on this device.
Step 5
Leave with it mostly written
The path shows what is left, including required SOP photos and notes. Speak a room — Expand splits observations onto the right systems and matches your comment library. Ask stays in the writer and answers from your library and checklist, not a code book. Point the camera at a data plate to fill brand, model, and serial. Add AI copilot on Account → Billing ($39/mo on Solo and Team; included on Scale). Attach radon, sewer, or roof certificates on the inspection before you publish. Publish when the walk is done — you can still edit before you send the PDF.

SOP and walk-order templates
New workspaces get InterNACHI-style residential, a walk-order pack, plus 4-point, roof, and radon. Duplicate before you rewrite.
Publish the PDF
Generate the report from the writer, preview HTML, download PDF, and share a link. Hold it in the portal until signed and paid if you want.
Using the client and agent portal
Buyers open jobs to sign, pay, and read the report. Agents see the same job and can mark repair-request items.
