SOP and walk-order templates
New workspaces get InterNACHI-style residential, a walk-order pack, plus 4-point, roof, and radon. Duplicate before you rewrite.
Step 1
Two ways to walk
SOP sort follows standard sections (roof, exterior, electrical). Walk-order follows the path through the house. Pick the pack that matches how you inspect.
Step 2
Make it yours
On every plan, open a template and use Report look: pick a cover layout, reorder fields, set fonts and colors, and choose which body sections print. Edit the disclaimer and standards of practice, attach SOP or certificate addenda, regional notes, the narrative library, glossary, and required SOP captures (photos and notes the writer will flag). Duplicate a pack so the original stays as a backup.
Step 3
Specialty jobs
4-point, roof certification, and radon templates are ready for shorter visits. Assign the right template when you start the writer.

Write the report on site
Follow a walk-order or SOP path. Voice and photos sink to the job from your phone, even if you lose signal.
Publish the PDF
Generate the report from the writer, preview HTML, download PDF, and share a link. Hold it in the portal until signed and paid if you want.
Your first 15 minutes
Sign in, glance at the board, then set the three things clients will see: website, fees, and a report template.
