Monthly seats only — no per-job fee. New workspaces start with a 7-day trial of the plan you pick. Start alone, then add office login, integrations, AI copilot, and extra inspectors when the calendar fills.

1. Step 1

   Solo — $79/mo, one seat

   Field writer, SOP templates, cover and report designer, PDF reports, a branded website, booking, calendar, typed e-sign, the client portal (pay and hold-until-paid), and CRM people plus follow-ups. You are the only login.

2. Step 2

   Team — $129/mo, three seats

   Office login for the calendar and job board, team inspections, integrations (Secure24, HomeBinder, RecallChek, Zapier), and DocuSign or Dropbox Sign.

3. Step 3

   Scale — $229/mo, ten seats

   The same crew tools plus an AI field co-pilot (voice routing, SOP completeness, and buyer summary), and growth CRM (campaigns, CSV import, duplicates, custom fields). Solo and Team can add AI copilot for $39/mo under Account → Billing. Extra seats are $25/mo on Team and Scale.
