Inspecta Home subscription vs client invoices
You pay Inspecta Home for seats under Account → Billing. Clients pay you for inspections under Firm Billing.
Step 1
Account → Billing
Solo, Team, or Scale, plus optional extra seats ($25/mo) and AI copilot ($39/mo). New firms start a 7-day trial at checkout (card required, not charged until the trial ends). This is Inspecta Home’s invoice for the workspace. Change plan, add-ons, or payment method here. Cancel in Manage billing before the trial ends if you do not want the first charge.
Step 2
Billing in the firm nav
That screen is client invoices — inspection fees collected through Stripe or PayPal. It is not your Inspecta Home subscription.
Step 3
Software add-ons vs job add-ons
Extra seats and AI copilot are Inspecta Home 360 software, billed on Account → Billing. Radon, chimney, and other inspection add-ons live under Settings and price the job — Inspecta Home does not take a cut.

Invoices, Stripe, and PayPal
Client invoices are your inspection fees. Connect Stripe or PayPal under Firm Billing. Inspecta Home’s own subscription is under Account → Billing.
Solo, Team, and Scale
Monthly seats only — no per-job fee. New workspaces start with a 7-day trial of the plan you pick. Start alone, then add office login, integrations, AI copilot, and extra inspectors when the calendar fills.
Revenue analytics
Business → Analytics shows booked job fees by inspector, referring agent, and service. It is not the client PDF and not cash collected.
