Invoices, Stripe, and PayPal
Client invoices are your inspection fees. Connect Stripe or PayPal under Firm Billing. Inspecta Home’s own subscription is under Account → Billing.
Step 1
Create the invoice
The job carries the fee from the estimate or booking. An invoice with a pay link goes to the client portal and /pay/token.
Step 2
Connect how you collect
Firm Billing (not Account Billing) is where you connect Stripe Connect or PayPal so inspection payments land with you.
Step 3
Do not mix the two bills
Account → Billing is what you pay Inspecta Home for seats. Firm Billing is what clients pay you for the inspection.

Hold the report until they sign and pay
Agreements and invoices live in the client portal. You can keep the report gated until both are done.
Send the agreement
Contracts live on the job. Clients sign in the portal — typed signature on every plan, or DocuSign / Dropbox Sign on Team and Scale.
Revenue analytics
Business → Analytics shows booked job fees by inspector, referring agent, and service. It is not the client PDF and not cash collected.
