Requests vs live estimates
Clients can send an inspection request or pick a priced estimate and an open slot. Both land on your board.
Step 1
Inspection request
The intake form on /o/your-firm/request captures address, contact, and notes. It shows up as a lead on Projects for you to convert.
Step 2
Live estimate and book
The book page prices square footage, age, travel, and add-ons, then offers open slots from your availability. Confirming creates the job on Calendar.
Step 3
You can also book from inside Inspecta Home 360
Click an empty calendar slot, or start from Estimates, save the quote, and turn it into an inspection.
