    Two conductors share a single breaker on the right side of the service panel. This can create a loose connection and heat at the terminal.

    Recommendation: Have a licensed electrician install a listed twin breaker or land the circuits on separate breakers.

    Active drip at the kitchen sink trap

    Moisture and staining were observed at the drain connection under the kitchen sink.

    Recommendation: Have a plumber reseal or replace the trap connection and check the cabinet floor for damage.

    Granule loss is visible on the south slope. The covering is aged and should be budgeted for replacement.

    Recommendation: Ask a licensed roofing contractor to evaluate remaining life and replacement options.
