Help / Getting started
Can't sign in or access your account
Wrong email, pending signup, or a password that won't work — here is what to check before contacting support.
Step 1
Use the email you signed up with
Inspecta Home 360 ties accounts to a single email address. If you received an invite from your firm owner, sign in with that address exactly — not a personal alias or forwarded inbox. Check for a space at the end of the address field.
Step 2
Pending signup state
If you see a 'complete your profile' screen instead of the workspace, your account was created but the signup wizard was not finished. Fill in your name and role, then save. You will land on the right home screen for your role.
Step 3
Reset your password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password. The reset email comes from noreply@inspecta.com — check spam if you do not see it within two minutes. The link expires in one hour.
Step 4
Invited but no email arrived
Ask the firm owner to re-send the invite from Team → invite. The invite email also comes from noreply@inspecta.com. If you still do not receive it, the email provider may be blocking transactional mail — try a different address or contact support.
Step 5
Inspector sees an empty workspace
Inspectors only see the jobs they are assigned. If the board looks empty, the firm owner has not yet assigned a job to your account. Ask them to open the project, set the Inspector field to your name, and save.
Related
Owner, office, and inspector
Owners run the firm. Office staff run the board and website. Inspectors see the jobs they are assigned.
Invite inspectors and office staff
Team and Scale include extra seats. Send a sign-in link from Team — not a password. Inspectors only see assigned jobs. Office runs the board without walking houses.
Your first 15 minutes
Sign in, glance at the board, then set the three things clients will see: website, fees, and a report template.
